Origins
Augusta Group began in 2020 as an investment project to develop industrial companies and real estate assets.
Drawing on the experience of a team that has devoted its career to industrial and financial management, we follow a simple model: identify and invest in B2B SMEs that lead their niche in Spain and Portugal, and help them grow and become better companies.
We believe the latter is possible if we strengthen them with permanent capital, give them active governance and drive their commercial, technology and M&A growth plans.
To bring all this together, we follow a buy, hold and develop strategy that seeks to maximise the value of our companies and real estate assets, turning them into even stronger and more sustainable projects over the long term.
Along this path, we are building a portfolio of companies across five sectors: agri-food, industrial construction, industrial services, aerospace and defence, and technology. We aim to give our companies as much operational autonomy as possible.
