He serves as managing director of ACICO and as a member of the boards of directors of THE KEG COMPANY and DESPLEK CONSTRUCTION.

Career
Founder and CEO of Endalia (2007–2022) and currently a member of its Board of Directors. More than 20 years' experience in technology, strategy consulting and talent and leadership development; he has led digital transformation and people management projects for organisations such as CaixaBank, Airbus, Navantia, Ineco, ESADE, UOC, Madrid City Council and the Generalitat de Catalunya, among others.
Chief Financial Officer
Degree in Law and Business Administration, University of Zaragoza, and Master's in Corporate Financial and Accounting Management, Barcelona School of Management (UPF)
Career
Over 9 years' experience in accounting and tax advisory (J&A Garrigues, S.L.P.). She serves as Chief Financial Officer of Augusta. She is responsible for the financial management of the group and its companies, taking an active part in their Management Committees.

Over 11 years' experience in sales, project management and business development, working for multinationals in the packaging sector (Saica). He is responsible for investor relations.

Over 9 years' experience in commercial law advisory and corporate transactions (Marcellán Abogados). She serves as Head of Legal at Augusta.
Financial Controller
Degree in Business Administration, University of Zaragoza, and Master's in Auditing and Finance, Loyola University (Seville)
Career
Over 8 years' experience in financial auditing (Deloitte) and internal control and reporting in the pharmaceutical sector (Alliance Healthcare España). She serves as Financial Controller at Augusta.
Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst
Degree in Architectural Studies with a specialisation in Design and Construction, and Master's in Architecture and Construction, University of Zaragoza.
Career
Over 7 years' experience in real estate and architecture. She began her career at an architecture practice in Zaragoza and later joined Deloitte, where she worked on strategic plans for companies such as Aedas Homes and GMP, as well as managing real estate portfolios for international funds such as Bain Capital Credit, CPPIB and Citibank.
Since 2024 she has been part of Augusta Group's Real Estate department, analysing investment opportunities and monitoring ongoing real estate development projects.
Private Equity Investment Analyst
Degree in Law and Business Administration, University of Navarra, with a specialisation in M&A and Private Equity from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
Career
Experience in corporate finance and investment analysis, having built his career in private equity at Muri Capital, in Deloitte's tax practice and in renewable energy investment at Green Grouping. He serves as Investment Analyst at Augusta, specialising in the analysis of real estate and private equity opportunities.
Real Estate Project Manager
Civil Engineer, Technical University of Madrid, with a specialisation in M&A and Private Equity from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
Career
Over 8 years' experience spanning construction execution and real estate investment. He was production manager at Ferrovial and project manager at Arcano Partners. He serves as project director for Augusta's real estate developments.
Investment Analyst
Double Degree in Law and Business Administration, University of Zaragoza, with exchange periods in Madrid and Norway.
Career
He began his career in Deloitte's tax practice and in Ibercaja's legal department. He serves as Investment Analyst at Augusta, focusing on the analysis and monitoring of the group's investment opportunities.

Founder and Managing Director of Estructuras Global Proyect since 2009, as well as a partner and member of the company's Board of Directors. More than 20 years' experience in the industrial sector, specialising in industrial buildings and steel structures, leading one-off projects across multiple industrial sectors.

Career
Over 16 years' experience in operations management and consulting, and as a board member of food and real estate development companies. He serves as managing director of Acico and as a member of the boards of directors of Convergencia Logística Integrada (CLI) and Grupo Lacasa.

Over 15 years' experience in international project management and business development, working for multinationals in the rail (CAF) and automotive (CEFA and Algontec) sectors, as well as in other sectors such as renewables and construction. He serves as Managing Director of The Keg Company (TKC).
