Financial ControllerManagement control for the group and its portfolio companies: closings, budgeting, reporting and monitoring of each company.
What you will do
- Monthly close and reporting from the portfolio companies to the group.
- Preparing the budget and tracking variances.
- Defining KPIs and dashboards for each company’s board.
- Financial integration of companies joining the group.
- Monitoring treasury and financing, and coordinating with auditors and advisers.

- A degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
- Experience in management control or audit, ideally in industrial or multi-entity environments.
- Knowledge of accounting consolidation.
- Advanced Excel; experience with business intelligence tools will be valued.
- Rigour, autonomy and ease working with teams from different companies.
Investment AnalystSourcing, analysing and executing new investments, and monitoring the companies and assets once in the portfolio.
What you will do
- Sourcing and initial analysis of companies and assets in the group’s sectors.
- Financial modelling and valuation of investment opportunities.
- Coordinating due diligence with external advisers.
- Preparing memoranda for the investment committee.
- Monitoring the portfolio companies and supporting their growth and M&A plans.

- Experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or transaction services.
- Strong command of Excel and financial modelling.
- An interest in industrial businesses and in the long term.
- Professional-level English.
Managing Director (CEO) of a portfolio companyLead one of our companies with autonomy over its business and roll out its growth plan together with the group.
What you will do
- Running the company, with autonomy over the essentials of its business.
- Rolling out the growth plan agreed with the group: commercial, technological and M&A.
- Professionalising management and the leadership team.
- Reporting to the company’s board of directors.
- Supporting succession processes alongside the founders.

- Experience in growth processes, integrations or M&A will be valued.
- Hands-on leadership and the ability to structure and professionalise an organisation.
